Registration vs. turnout
Texas general elections, 2022 and 2024. A turnout rate describes ballots cast relative to registered voters, not registration growth.

Historical ballots cast and turnout as recorded by the applicable official report for each year.
The published denominators vary by source and may differ from the Texas Secretary of State's November voter registration list. The 2022 figures use the SOS historical county tables; 2024 figures use final county reports. Each row links to its original source. Historical figures do not imply 2026 turnout.
Official statewide historical counts only. The 2022 and 2024 elections had different offices on the ballot. Do not compare their turnout percentages as forecasts or estimates of 2026 participation.
Map boundaries are from the U.S. Census Bureau's 2025 cartographic boundary files. No vote totals or precinct-level data are implied. County election results and turnout should be checked with the linked election authorities.

News and optional social feeds refresh about every 20 minutes. Cached headlines may remain visible during an upstream outage, alongside the last-refresh time and source status.
